01 Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Meyka platform at app.meyka.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Meyka ("we", "us", or "our"). You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
02 Description of Service
Meyka is a SaaS platform that provides portfolio tracking, real-time news aggregation, AI-generated newsletters, and AI-powered chatbot features based on the user's self-reported stock and asset holdings.
The Service includes, but is not limited to:
- AI-generated newsletters personalized to your portfolio
- Portfolio tracking with performance metrics and benchmarking
- Watchlist management with price alert notifications
- Portfolio health scoring and sector breakdown analysis
- Earnings calendar for tracked securities
- AI chatbot for portfolio-related queries
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
03 Accounts
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately at support@meyka.com of any unauthorized use of your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.
04 Billing & Subscriptions
Meyka offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (Pro and Premium). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to local taxes.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
Price changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you. We reserve the right to downgrade your account to the free plan after repeated failed payment attempts.
05 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use the AI chatbot or newsletter content to provide financial advice to third parties commercially
- Share account credentials with others or resell access to the Service
06 Intellectual Property
The Meyka platform, including its design, AI models, algorithms, software, and all generated content, is owned by Meyka and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our platform without prior written consent.
AI-generated newsletters and chatbot responses produced for your account are provided for your personal use only. You may not redistribute or commercially exploit this content without permission.
07 No Financial Advice
Meyka is an informational service only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
AI-generated newsletters, chatbot responses, portfolio analysis, and all other content are for informational and educational purposes only. They should not be relied upon as a basis for making investment decisions.
Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. Past performance of securities does not guarantee future results.
08 Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Market data, news content, or AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or timely
- Price alerts will fire at the exact target price
- Any particular result will be achieved through use of the Service
Market data and news are sourced from third-party providers. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in third-party data.
09 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meyka and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Meyka in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10 Termination
You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk to the platform or other users.
11 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the revision date.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law, or otherwise in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
